During silicon carbide production, the acid washing and purification stage plays a critical role in improving material purity. This process generally uses acidic chemical solutions to remove impurities and metal oxides from raw materials, which places strict requirements on pumping equipment regarding corrosion resistance, safety, and continuous operation capability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among various chemical media, hydrofluoric acid (<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hydrofluoric_acid\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hydrofluoric_acid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HF<\/a>) is known for its extremely strong corrosiveness and penetration ability.
