Compared with conventional industrial wastewater, chemical wastewater often contains multiple chemical components, corrosive substances, and suspended impurities, creating higher requirements for pumping equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this project, the customer manufactures organic pigments such as Permanent Violet. During the production process, various by-product waste liquids are generated and transferred to the wastewater treatment system. Unlike general wastewater, this chemical wastewater contains hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, alkaline pollutants, anthracene, carbazole, and other organic intermediates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because of the medium&#8217;s complex composition, pumps used in this application must withstand both chemical corrosion and mechanical wear during long-term operation.
