    Reason: Material corrosion resistance is crucial. Concentrated sulfuric acid can use carbon steel or 304 stainless steel; dilute sulfuric acid requires 316L or higher grade alloy; hydrofluoric acid must use Monel alloy; caustic soda applications can use cast iron or 304 stainless steel.

    Reason: The pump body must be equipped with an insulated jacket to maintain media fluidity, while magnetic drive technology fundamentally ensures operational safety.
  • CQZ Stainless Steel Self Priming Magnetic Drive Pump

    High-temperature/high-pressure media (e.g., high-temperature oils, process fluids)

    Recommended pump type: Shielded pump (preferred), high-temperature/high-pressure magnetic drive pump (alternative)
    Reason: Focus on the pump body’s pressure rating and cooling system design; structural materials must exhibit excellent high-temperature strength.
