Slurry Conveying Process
The slurry formed after ore grinding contains a large number of solid particles, imposing extremely high requirements on the wear resistance of the pump. Meanwhile, the slurry needs to be stably transported from the grinding equipment to the subsequent reaction device, which requires the pump to have appropriate flow and head to ensure the continuity of production. We recommended the UHB - ZKW series - horizontal phosphoric acid slurry pump. The impeller and pump body of this pump are made of high-chromium alloy material, and after a special heat-treatment process, they have high hardness and strong wear resistance, which can effectively resist the scouring of solid particles in the slurry. It is sufficient to meet the transportation requirements from the grinding equipment to the reaction device. Meanwhile, the sealing system of the slurry pump adopts a combination of mechanical seal and packing seal to effectively prevent slurry leakage.
Sulfuric Acid Application Process
Sulfuric acid is used to react with ores in phosphate production, and its strong corrosiveness poses a huge challenge to the pump's pump material. We selected the CYF series fluorine-lined sulfuric acid pump. The pump body and impeller of this pump adopt a structure with a metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE has excellent sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and can work stably for a long time in concentrated sulfuric acid and dilute sulfuric acid environments. The inlet and outlet of the pump are sealed with acid-resistant rubber to ensure the sealing performance. It can meet the pipeline layout and height difference requirements of the factory's sulfuric acid transportation and ensure that sulfuric acid can be safely and stably transported from the storage area to the reaction kettle.
Phosphoric Acid Conveying Process
As a core product and intermediate product, phosphoric acid has large variations in temperature and concentration during different production stages and needs to be stably transported between various processes. We provided the CYH series stainless-steel phosphoric acid pump. The pump body and impeller are made of 316L stainless-steel material, which has good corrosion resistance under different concentrations and temperature conditions of phosphoric acid. For the high-temperature and high - concentration phosphoric acid transportation process, we have carried out special anti-corrosion coating treatment on the key parts of the pump to ensure the smooth transportation of phosphoric acid in the production process.
Chemical Addition Process
During the production process, various chemical agents such as catalysts need to be accurately added. We recommended the H2J - X series plunger-type metering pump. This metering pump has a high-precision flow-regulating function, and the flow accuracy can reach ± 1%. By adjusting the stroke of the plunger, the additional amount of the chemical agent can be accurately controlled. The material of the pump head is selected from polyetheretherketone (PEEK) material with chemical corrosion resistance, which can adapt to the corrosiveness of various chemical agents. Meanwhile, the metering pump is equipped with an advanced electronic control system, which can realize remote control and integration with the factory's automation system, facilitating operators to accurately set the addition amount of chemical agents according to the production process requirements.
Sewage Treatment Process
The sewage generated during the production process contains impurities and corrosive substances. We selected the CYR - ZKJ corrosion - resistant sewage pump. The impeller of this pump adopts a special anti - clogging design and can effectively handle the impurities in the sewage. The pump body is made of fiberglass - reinforced plastic material, which has good corrosion resistance and can resist acidic and alkaline substances in the sewage, ensuring the normal operation of the sewage treatment process.
