Recently, a manufacturing company from Egypt specializing in detergent and daily chemical cleaning products visited Changyu Pump<\/a> for an on-site factory inspection and acceptance of purchased equipment. The visit also included technical discussions regarding future project requirements and application scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer is mainly engaged in the production of liquid detergents, industrial cleaning agents, and related chemical cleaning products. Their production system covers raw material storage, liquid transfer, batching and mixing, circulation processing, and final filling. Due to the involvement of multiple chemical media and continuous operating conditions, the customer places high requirements on system stability, corrosion resistance, and long-term operational reliability of fluid handling equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the factory tour, the customer inspected the production workshop, assembly lines, product testing process, and quality control procedures. Special attention was given to pump material selection, mechanical seal configuration, flushing system design, and overall assembly standards.<\/p>\n\n\n
