CYQ pumps have the following design features:

The flow part of CYQ sulfuric acid magnetic drive pump is made of fluoroplastics, which can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, strong oxidants, etc. of any concentration. The shaft seal is cancelled, and the indirect drive is used by magnetic coupling, which eliminates the trouble of dripping and does not pollute the use site. CYQ fluoroplastic magnetic pump has the advantages of compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, and reliable operation.

 

Instructions for use

  • Sulfuric acid magnetic pump should be installed horizontally, not vertically. The pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For special occasions where vertical installation is required, the motor must face upward.
  • When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump axis, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis, the pipeline needs to be equipped with a bottom valve.
  • The pump should be checked before use. The motor fan blades should rotate flexibly, without jamming or abnormal sounds, and all fasteners should be tightened.
  • Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump steering mark.
  • After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve. After the pump enters the normal working state, adjust the discharge valve to the required opening.

  • Before the pump stops working, close the discharge valve first and then cut off the power supply.
