Recommended Pump Type: Chemical Horizontal Slurry Pump
Reason: This pump is specially designed and manufactured as a single-stage, single-suction cantilever chemical pump for transferring media containing corrosive substances and solid particles. The pump casing is made of imported highly wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant UHMWPE material, and it adopts a semi-open impeller design, which helps reduce fiber blockage and impeller wear risks during pulp slurry pumping.
Bleaching Liquid Circulation Application
Recommended pump type: CYH Series Stainless Steel Chemical Centrifugal Pump
Reason: This pump is designed to allow different material selections according to the characteristics of the medium. The stainless steel pump casing is one of the most commonly used materials. Combined with our self-developed sealing system, it enables stable and efficient circulation pumping, and supports the transfer of medium-temperature to high-temperature, generally corrosive media. The pump offers flexible customization and is suitable for a wide range of operating conditions.
Black Liquor / White Liquor Transfer Application
Recommended Pump Type: Bomba resistente a la corrosión UHB tipo UHMWPE
Reason: This pump uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) lining as the main material for all wetted parts, making it well suited for strongly corrosive and highly alkaline media. The wear resistance of this material is 7–10 times that of stainless steel, which also gives the pump stronger abrasion resistance. It is capable of long-term pumping of corrosive media containing solid particles.
Chlorine Dioxide and Other Hazardous Media Transfer Application
Recommended pump type: CYC Series Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Magnetic Drive Pump
Reason: This magnetic pump adopts a magnetic coupling, sealless design, which enables a leak-free pumping solution. It is made entirely of stainless steel, and the wetted parts exhibit excellent corrosion resistance when handling corrosive and volatile chemical media. The pump also complies with the API-685 design standard, allowing it to withstand certain pipeline pressure fluctuations while maintaining stable pumping performance.
