What is a Stainless Steel Self-Priming Pump
Changyu’s CQZ stainless steel self-priming pump is a stainless steel self-priming magnetic drive pump designed and manufactured to combine the advantages of pompa baja tahan karat, pompa pemancing otomatis, dan pompa penggerak magnetik., with wetted components made of stainless steel (304, 316L, duplex steel, titanium, etc.). The pump’s internal self-priming structure evacuates air from the suction line and draws in liquid automatically.
The CQZ series integrates magnetic drive technology with the following specific features:
- Self-Priming Principle: The impeller rotates at high speed, creating negative pressure inside the pump chamber. Air from the suction line is evacuated. Once air is removed, liquid enters the pump chamber and delivery begins.
- Jenis Segel: Static seal replaces traditional mechanical seal. The outer magnet drives the inner magnet. The isolation sleeve fully contains the pumped medium inside the pump chamber. No dynamic seal points exist.
- Opsi Bahan: Pump casing, impeller, isolation sleeve and other wetted parts can be selected from 304, 304L, 316L, 2205, 904L, TA2, HC276 to suit different corrosive media.
