Strict Pump Quality Assurance
Quality Control Systems
To ensure consistent quality, each unit undergoes strict multi-stage inspections, including material verification, hardness tests, dynamic balancing and 24-hour hydro testing. Only pumps that meet our rigorous standards and pass certified inspector approval are shipped worldwide, including to the United States, Europe, South Africa and Southeast Asia.
Quality Control Process
Material Certification
XRF spectrometer verifies metal composition (e.g., Hastelloy Mo ≥16%) before production.
Shore Hardness Test
Plastic components undergo standard Shore hardness testing using a durometer to confirm durability.

Spark Detection for Lining Coverage
An electric spark detector checks complete lining coverage on all flow-contact parts.
Impeller Dynamic Balance Test
A dynamic balance machine tests impeller balance grade (G2.5–G6.3) to ensure smooth and stable operation.
Comprehensive Pump Quality Control

Shaft Runout Tolerance
Measured with a runout tester to check concentricity. Shaft diameter ≤50mm → Runout ≤0.03mm; 50–100mm → Runout ≤0.04mm; >100mm → Runout ≤0.05mm.

24-Hour Hydro Test
Checks vibration, noise, flow head, efficiency, NPSH, and power. Alternating pressure cycles from 0.8 to 1.2 times rated pressure to ensure stability.

Sudden Stop Test
Rapid stop from 3000rpm to 0rpm within ≤2 seconds verifies water hammer resistance and operational safety under emergency conditions.

Pre-Shipment Certification
Every pump is shipped with a certificate of conformity and factory test report. Products are approved and stamped by quality inspectors before delivery.
