CYQ Series Chemical Resistant Pump

The CYQ Series Chemical Resistant Pump (also known as the Насос с магнитным приводом) is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic principles to achieve contactless, indirect drive using permanent magnets. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., the outer magnet assembly) to rotate, the magnetic field causes magnetic lines of force to pass through the isolation sleeve, driving the inner rotor (i.e., the inner magnet assembly) and the impeller to rotate in sync. The medium is completely enclosed within the stationary isolation sleeve, thereby achieving leak-free transfer of the medium. This eliminates the shaft seal leakage common in mechanically driven pumps, making it a new type of industrial pump that is fully sealed, leak-free, pollution-free, and highly energy-efficient.

Its standard materials can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to 180°C, with flow rates spanning 1.6 m³/h to 200 m³/h. The Changyu Pump CYQ Series Chemical Resistant Pump owes its stable performance to the precise and rigorous standards applied to component selection and manufacturing. The entire unit’s flow-through components feature a high-density FEP (F46)/PFA fluoroplastic lining with a thickness of 3 mm to 5 mm, providing exceptional resistance to deformation even under extreme temperature fluctuations ranging from -20°C to 180°C. This allows for the safe transfer of highly corrosive media such as high-concentration aqua regia and strong alkalis. Power transmission is achieved through a synchronous magnetic drive system. By utilizing an NdFeB permanent magnet rotor with a magnetic energy product (MGOe) of 35–45, combined with a high-strength isolation sleeve rated for 1.6 MPa, the system achieves a physically leak-free seal. A steel-framed impeller, dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 G2.5 grade, is embedded within the rotor, providing a flow rate of up to 200 m³/h; even under continuous high-frequency operation ranging from 1450 to 2900 r/min, the pump body maintains excellent lubricity and wear resistance.

Lined Pump Housing

  • Resists cracking during high-temperature annealing
  • The flow-through components, manufactured using the latest technology, feature a high surface finish and excellent permeability. This not only effectively enhances the adhesion of the fluoropolymer lining but also prevents cracking and deformation of the lining, ensuring a pump housing service life of at least 5 years.
  • Material: Made from pure, pigment-free raw materials; material options include PFA, PVDF, ETFE, and FEP, selected according to requirements.
  • Process: Utilizes a new fluoroplastic sintering manufacturing process to ensure a tighter bond between the lining and the cast iron housing; when tapped lightly, the sound is crisp and not hollow.
