Based on the traditional ZX and ZW self-priming centrifugal pumps and utilising IHF’s fluoroplastic lining technology, these pumps retain the self-priming capabilities of the ZX and ZW models while significantly enhancing corrosion resistance through the fluoroplastic lining process.
The flange design complies with national standards, and the shaft seal employs an advanced external bellows mechanical seal. The self-priming head can reach up to 5 meters, and installing a check valve at the bottom can increase this by an additional 1–2 meters. This centrifugal pump only needs to be filled with liquid before its first use. When the liquid level is below 1.5 meters, it offers advantages over submersible pumps, including lower cost, easier maintenance, longer service life, and lower operating costs.

Working Principle of FZB Series Fluorine-lined Self-priming Pump
The FZB series utilizes an external-mix gas-liquid separation structure. Its core operation is defined by the process of “mixing, separation, and recirculation,” allowing the pump to evacuate air from the suction line without the need for a foot valve or manual priming after the initial setup.
1. The Priming Phase (Air Evacuation)
