• Outlet Configuration (Multi-Directional)
  The discharge outlet can be installed in left, right, or upward directions, providing flexible installation options for different pipeline layouts.
• Impeller (Closed-Type Design)
  The impeller is the core hydraulic component, responsible for generating centrifugal force to achieve the required flow rate and head. Precision dynamic balancing ensures stable operation and reduces vibration.
• Pump Casing (Volute Type)
  Designed according to ISO 2858 standards, the casing converts fluid velocity into pressure while providing strong structural support under system pressure up to 1.6 MPa.

Nguyên lý hoạt động

Bơm ly tâm function by transforming mechanical rotation into fluid pressure and flow. As the impeller spins rapidly within its casing, it creates centrifugal force that accelerates the water radially outward. This high-velocity flow is then directed through a gradually expanding volute casing, where its speed is converted into stable pressure, efficiently discharging the liquid through the outlet pipeline.

• Motor Drive (Mechanical Energy Input)
  The B35 standard motor provides direct rotational power to the pump shaft, eliminating coupling misalignment and ensuring stable energy transmission under continuous operation conditions.
• Impeller Rotation (Centrifugal Force Generation)
  As the impeller rotates at high speed, it accelerates the liquid outward from the center, creating centrifugal force that continuously draws fluid into the pump inlet.
• Energy Conversion (Velocity to Pressure)
  The high-velocity liquid is guided into the volute pump casing, where kinetic energy is gradually converted into static pressure, ensuring stable and controlled flow output.
• Flow Direction Control (Continuous Discharge)
  The pressurized liquid is smoothly discharged through the outlet pipeline, maintaining steady flow for systems such as water supply, HVAC circulation, and industrial transfer applications.
• System Stability (Low Vibration Operation)
