Within the impeller channels, the liquid undergoes centrifugal force, gaining both kinetic energy and pressure energy, thereby enabling its continuous conveyance into the piping system. This process achieves efficient energy conversion for the liquid, allowing the pump to reliably and efficiently transport various acidic, alkaline, and corrosive media.

A stainless steel centrifugal chemical pump is composed of several precision-engineered components designed to handle corrosive and high-purity media. The impeller, typically made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (such as 304, 316, or duplex grades), is mounted on the pump shaft within the casing. As it rotates at high speed, it draws chemical fluids into the eye of the impeller and discharges them outward with strong centrifugal force. The pump casing, also constructed from stainless steel, ensures excellent corrosion resistance while guiding the fluid flow and converting kinetic energy into pressure.
