The CYF Series Fluoroplastic Centrifugal Pump adopts a heavy-duty corrosion-resistant structural design specifically engineered for aggressive chemical transfer applications. Each core component is optimized for chemical compatibility, sealing reliability, mechanical strength, and long-term operational stability.
The pump casing adopts a metal shell with fluoroplastic lining for enhanced mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. The impeller and pump cover are molded with fluoroplastics and reinforced with metal inserts.
The shaft seal uses an external bellows mechanical seal design:

Princípio de funcionamento
The fluoroplastic lined centrifugal pump operates through centrifugal force generated by the rotating impeller.
When the motor drives the impeller at high speed, liquid enters through the suction inlet and is accelerated outward by centrifugal force. The kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy inside the pump casing, allowing the liquid to be continuously delivered through the discharge pipeline.
The fluoroplastic-lined flow passage protects the pump from corrosion while maintaining efficient and stable liquid transportation.
