Este Bomba centrífuga com revestimento for Corrosive Chemicals, independently developed by Bomba Changyu, is specifically designed for the transfer of highly corrosive liquids, such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong oxidizing agents. Its wetted parts are manufactured from fluoroplastics such as PTFE, PFA, and FEP. Its basic operating principle is the same as that of a traditional centrifugal pump, utilizing the centrifugal force generated by a rotating impeller to transfer liquids.
It can operate continuously within a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C and is capable of handling various concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, aqua regia, strong alkalis, strong oxidizing agents, organic solvents, reducing agents, and other highly corrosive media. It is widely used in industries such as chemical processing, metallurgy, electroplating, environmental protection, and pharmaceuticals.

The quality lined fluorine centrifugal pumps are driven by electric motors that cause impellers to rotate at high speeds. Under the action of centrifugal force, liquids are propelled from the pump inlet to the outlet, enabling continuous transportation. During this process, the velocity of the liquid is effectively converted into pressure energy in the discharge chamber, thereby improving transportation efficiency. This pump is constructed entirely from fluoroplastic materials, offering excellent corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and wear resistance.
