Working Principle
The CYQ centrifugal magnetic drive pump is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic drive principles and uses permanent magnets to achieve contactless indirect drive. When the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., the outer magnet) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field causes the magnetic lines of force to pass through the isolation sleeve, driving the inner rotor (i.e., the inner magnet) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously.

Fully Lined Casing & Wetted Parts
The casing of the CYQ Series Chemical Process Pump features a high-quality carbon steel shell lined with FEP (F46) or PFA (optional or custom materials). This sintered molding process, which combines a “rigid shell with a flexible lining,” enables the equipment to withstand high pipeline pressures while offering exceptional corrosion resistance against all strong acids (such as concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid) and organic solvents.

PEEK Reinforcement Sleeve

As the core of the third-generation upgrade, the reinforcement sleeve is injection-molded from PEEK, a specialty engineering plastic. Compared to traditional stainless steel, it not only offers exceptional pressure resistance of 3.0 MPa but also eliminates eddy current losses, preventing the medium from vaporizing due to temperature rise. This makes it a key factor in ensuring the safe, seal-less operation of the system.
High-Performance NdFeB Magnetic Coupling
The magnetic drive system utilizes high-grade NdFeB (neodymium-iron-boron) permanent magnets and employs an advanced push-pull magnetic circuit design. Despite the minimal internal magnet volume, it delivers exceptionally strong magnetic torque. Depending on operating conditions, we offer customized solutions with temperature resistance up to 180°C (38EH) or 260°C (38AH), with magnetic performance theoretically remaining stable for over 10 years.

Thickened Silicon Carbide Shaft & Sleeve

Both the pump shaft and sleeve are made of high-purity Silicon Carbide (SiC), a material second only to diamond in hardness. Compared to industry standards, Changyu Pump has increased the sleeve thickness by an additional 4 mm, significantly enhancing the component’s impact resistance and wear resistance.
Enclosed Fluoroplastic Impeller
The impeller is manufactured using a one-piece injection-molded process with a metal insert encased in fluoroplastic, ensuring dynamic balance and mechanical strength during high-speed rotation. The enclosed structure design significantly improves hydraulic efficiency, ensuring the stability of the chemical process pump during long-distance, high-head pumping operations.
